Can anyone help me out? I'm missing a few Codex entries in my DA:Awakening playthroughs:

(1) Creatures section, fourth row, between the "Hurlock" and the "Mabari War Hound" entry (23). Probably the entry for the Queen of the Blackmarsh (the spectral Dragon).
(2) Characters section, first row, between "Queen Anora" and Bhelen Aeducan" (180). No idea what this is supposed to be.
(3) Characters section, sixth row, between "Bann Teagan Guerrin" and "Valendrian" (208). Probably the entry for The Mother which we can't get because there is no autosave after the final battle.
(4) Books and Songs, fifth row, between "Kristoff's Journal" and "In Uthenera" (244). Probably titled "Kristoff's Note"
(5) Notes, second row, between "Order to the Militia" and "Letter to Rendon Howe" (267). Probably titled "A List of Instructions" and related to Kal'Hirol.

These are consistently missing in several Awakenings playthroughs. Can someone who has them tell me how to find them or confirm that we can't get them? For #2 knowing what's it about would be nice even if you don't know where to find it.

I got these from the Wiki since I seemed to have them missing as well on the character I looked at.

Yes, I knew the wiki entries (except for the 180, thanks for that). Has anyone found any of these in the game? Also, the title of the 23 is very likely wrong since it doesn't refer to the Baroness but to the dragon. The Baroness has two other entries.

According to the Wiki, the one on the Architect is found in the Silverite Mines and no location is given for the others. I would think #23 and #180 would be entered into the codex journal after you meet them, but for some reason it doesn't happen. As for the rest, I've looked at a couple of different walthroughs that list codex entries and neither of them listed these.
