They can't teleport. 

All Vanguards can. And their teleport (Charge) actually kills and staggers enemies, unlike the Cabal's teleport.

^ Yeah if you want to enjoy playing the Cabal you'd better make sure her dodge gives you a hard-on. For me though she's utterly boring unless you go full Wolverine melee on everything.

Melee that Praetorian and Scions and Brutes and Ravagers and Guardians 

I'm sure your Cabal will do better against those than other Vanguards/Turians/the Batarian Soldier. 
Also, I melee all of those except the Praetorian.  But only when smaller enemies are dead already because I like my Martial Artist bonus.

Unless, of course, you're doing a melee build, in which case you would skip PS.

They are good, and I use them on the Cabal too, but I am not sure you are doing it right considering your opinion of BBs.

They inflict more damage than BBs, and don't have a cooldown. 

Unless you don't have Grenade Capacity V, they're better.

It's hard for me to determine the omni-blade as being 'worth it' considering yours is only at level 1 and only increases melee damage by 30% with a 50% weight increase. But here's a build anyway.

I'm not really sure why you chose to compare the Cabal to any of those kits, but she doesn't play anything like them so it was pretty pointless. Cabal is fast as hell and super agile. Take a weapon with short TTKs and go to town.

Her speed and teleport make her a nice mook killer on smaller maps, though. I've got a half-assed melee build going with the N7 Valkyrie and it can one-burst Gold mooks reliably enough.

Posion strike; Zero 
Nightshade Blades; Damage, Poison Duration, Enhanced Blades.

Thanks for the builds Air Quotes. I enjoyed having good control over the hurricane, I can't say that I enjoyed swapping between two weapons but having the Acolyte was very helpful.

In comes ME4. Every kit is a Geth one. 

That means Refuse is the canon ending and the Geth beat the Reapers on their own.

Also I run without Poison Strike because it is crappy.
