Yes, it has been repeated many times that BioWare has no plan in bringing new DLCs for Mass Effect 3. But what about the old exclusive items that came with the earlier editions? Could they be sold separately now that the whole campaign is over and that nothing else is planned? Some people didn't have the chance to pre-order the other versions so they had to purchase the regular editions. Mine came without any DLC codes so I had to purchase everything else manually. I would love it to have the four additional squad mates outfits for Liara, Ashley, Kaidan and James. Wouldn't mind to have new guns and the pet robot dog, also. Now, about the price, I guess $2.99 to $4.99 would be reasonable depending on the content.

They never released it for ME2, you think they are going to with ME3?
A lot of publishers don't release their CE content on the marketplace, you'll be lucky if they even release the preorder content, or the other promotions (ie. Dr.Pepper). Though other promotions suck because of region exclusivity.

They managed to release most exclusives for Dragon Age Origins though. It was some early Christmas Gift we had a few months ago. If some of those exclusive items are bound by some contract with other companies, I would understand. But here, we're speaking of the DLCs that appeared in the limited editions, something that BioWare planned for pre-orders and something each players could enjoy, now that there aren't any more DLCs planned.

With Mass Effect 2 BioWare said they have no plans to release the content exclusive to the Collector's Edition as DLC and I can't see that changing now for Mass Effect 3 since they haven't released exclusive content for Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition or Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition.

The content they released for Dragon Age: Origins was basically the pre-order content, just like BioWare released most of the pre-order items in their other DLC for Mass Effect 3, the only pre-order item they didn't include in Mass Effect 3 DLC is the Defender Armor.

The N7 weapons and outfits for the squadmates were pre-order exclusive and both were made for the N7 collector's edition and the N7 digital deluxe version. The Defender Armor, if I recall correctly was part of Mass Effect 3: N7 Warfare Gear, which was part of some retailers exclusive. Meanwhile, N7 CE and N7 DDV are BioWare's property. So I don't see why they couldn't release the remaining exclusives as DLC.

That would be stupid - the point of pre-order exclusive bonuses is to give people an incentive to buy the game way before anyone can make an objective purchasing decision and to make sure you buy the game at full price at launch, and thus releasing the content at a later time undermines that.

I don't think it would be stupid. I just think that it is greedy to think that people like me don't deserve to have the exclusives because they couldn't purchase the game the other way(s).

The digital deluxe is still available for PC with all of Collector's Edition DLC included. If it works like the CE for ME2, that should unlock them across all platforms (and at half the cost it was at launch).

As for the pre-orders, everything except the Defender armor has already been released with other DLC packs. Also, the Defender armor is a Gamestop exclusive and if it's like most of their exclusives, they have the rights to it. So you'll have to take it up with them, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

So in summary, everything that could be released by Bioware already has. It just may be a little more pricy than you would like, but it's (almost) all there for you to get, should you choose to.

Still, I am not going to repurchase the game online just for bonus material. I'd rather have the DLCs separately through other means. (It would feel like Capcom's mess with Dragon's Dogma.)

The CE stuff is available as DLC for PC.

Why they didn't do it for other systems I don't know.

I'm just pointing out that you are calling for Bioware to release all of the formerly exlusive DLC. Excepting the one that they do not have full rights to, they already have. It's your choice how you spend your money, so the price point for all of it might be a little higher than you'd like, but the point stands: it's all available, should you wish to purchase it.

I'm sure someone from BioWare could enlight us on the subject, but since they're avoiding these boards because of many reasons, I doubt we'll get an answer this soon... Bummer.

Don't they have to pay a fee to put a DLC up for sale on the Xbox 360, or was that stopped when they stopped charging for patches? If Microsoft hasn't stopped, I could see that as an excuse for Bioware to not do this
