As far as I remember your squadmates upgrade their own armor when they level up or something. At least something like that.
Is a Dev Confirmation that squadmates CANNOT equip armour?

No not fanboys I just know there is a chance that I am wrong, and I don't believe the other is right. Fact always takes precedence. Javier almost always backs up what he post with a source, FACT, and for that he gets respect.Mox Ruuga wrote...
Good grief. The Bioware Mass Effect boards: where the fanboys have fanboys.

ROFL my info comes from Javier's info which in turn he took from site's where info is reliable so suit yourselfs continue to believe in what ever you desire.

Perhaps this is the price we pay for Miranda's boobs. If everyone has different boobs, I guess it's too much work to make seperate armor models to reflect them all.

We do not have control over squadmates' armor. They upgrade themselves as you level up.
docs.google.com/View just look at the armor section.

A quick statement. Would you run around a city in a full suit of armor? or would you rather go free with clothes

Will people be shooting at me in this city?
Only idiots and movie action heros don't wear armor when they might be gettinhg shot at and it is availalble.
Now if its a mostly peaceful city and wearing armor might instigate violence, I might go with out it.

I dont know, this kind of takes away from the "realism" of the mass effect universe. I know its a sci fi people, settle down, but the whole thing about it... was everyone wearing armour in hospitable worlds. Kind of seems unrealistic for a girl to be wearing nothing but, as matt-bassist says, "rocking nippleclamps"
I mean, the whole purpose of armour is because they all create a mass effect kinetic barrier. Now we all know SuZe is a biotic but how could she realistically be protected?

You do realize, that like ALL games they use the same design in the marketing stages so as not to confuse the ignorant masses.
Take GTA IV for example, the ONLY THING you ever saw Niko wearing during advertising was that stupid Track top and sweat pant combo. In everything we have seen of Shepard (with the exception of the customization screen) is him in that same N7 armor.
Keep your pants on, they are keeping all of the characters looking the same until you actually play.
Then the gloves come off.....and the pants come on (at least in SuZe's case).

That would be great to be able to at least buy armours for you squaddies. I'd probably do that.
