It's kind of a little thing, but it hurt me deeply on an emotional level.

During Priority: Earth, you walk over a hill of packed debris, and suddenly come down to a street where a Mako stands parked. Waiting for you.

For a brief moment, my heart fluttered with joy.

A Mako section! It would have been GLORIOUS! Rocket-jumping on top of Brutes! Oneshotting Banshees with the main gun! Climbing vertical surfaces!

But alas, it was merely a doodad in another Gears of War cutscene where it drives away as you get closer, then explodes in a half-hearted attempt to make Priority: Earth exciting.

*sigh* What could have been...

In both ME2 and ME3 the door to the elevator opens facing the wrong way when you go to the crew deck. Every other deck you face the front of the Normandy when exiting the elevator, but getting off the elevator on the crew deck you're facing the rear of the ship.

Here's another one: that weird audio glitch in Javik's room that occasionally causes his dialogue to skip or loop two different lines consecutively. That's annoying. I shouldn't dread going to talk to the sexiest voiced man on the ship.

Sir I feel your pain:( Here! Have 3 hats :wizard::police::ph34r:

But seriously your right, although I would class some of your list as big things (At least to me) Like Holstering weapons, no heavy wepons, no crew talling on missions & No vehicles

Shep Sleeps in their cloths or goes commando but yes I would very much like N7 pajamas with a little Normandy stiched on it

That will teach you for getting your hopes up for vehicle gameplay in a Bioware game :P Sorry if I am making light of your deep emotional trauma but if it's not DLC, we no get space jeep/sports car:(

Ooh, ooh! Another one! Not being able to complete Barla Von's quest if you don't talk to him before Tuchanka. His name is on the map for the rest of the game even though he's nowhere to be found. On that note, Jacob never leaving Huerta Memorial, Aria never leaving Purgatory after Omega, and getting a huge stack of emails at the start of the game if you've been playing with DLC.

However, the absolute worst nitpick would be the "Checking downloadable content" glitch that can only be solved by having it auto-log into EA servers. Not to mention the additional problem that doing that causes galactic readiness decreases overtime and can only be temporarily boosted by playing multiplayer or playing one of the awful iOS apps.

Maybe Bioware should put actual N7 PJs with little embroidered Normandy's on the breast in the Store. Bet they'd sell a few.

Silly things that irritated me...

Left hand salutes
The hands always looking filthy.
Lack of clothing options for off duty/shipboard wear. The selection was horrible. And really...mid belly vests?!? Are THOSE going to be in fashion in the future? Cuz if so, I'm not sure if humanity deserves being saved from the reapers...

Having to go to your terminal to access your email. Imagine if in the future we could access it anywhere we want. That'd be so cool.

Having to open the doors on the Citadel elevators before pushing another button inside them to get the 'change floors' menu. You only have to push the button on the front of the Normandy's elevator to do the same.

Having to walk through the meeting room every time I complete a mission considering the space gets used once (twice?) in the whole game.

"STEEEEEEEEEVE!" "You sure?" The difference in tone is....bad.

Modern Warfare 2 had various 3rd person multiplayer playlists.

Lack of more dynamic environments, namely the Citadel. I've mentioned this before elsewhere, but I always thought it was silly how the Presidium stays broken no matter how far you are in the campaign. They could at least reset it back to the way it was with maybe a few people rearranged throughout. C'mon keepers, quit slacking off and put out that damn fire.

Have you never played a multiplayer game online?

In that case, you can google it.

I played Mass Effect 3 for maybe 90 minutes and Modern Warfare 2 for 20 minutes. And a couple of games of CnC: Generals. The guys I played against either sucked or were complete pros who beat my ass into the ground.

What if it freezes. We're stuck in this elevator forever. My claustrophobia can't handle it.

Left-handed salutes

Writers using  word 'squad' far too often, especially when platoon, company, regiment or division would have been more appropriate

All of the named Alliance characters being officers, including the one character who used to be enlisted. (Ashley)

Inability to holster weapons

No MAKO

Kaidan having cooler looking armor than Shepard

Miranda and Jacob still wearing Cerberus gear

A playlist is a set of map/gametype combination where one or both elements are randomly determined. For instance, you might go into a CTF playlist where CTF is the only gametype and a random map is chosen. In MW2's case, there were gametypes that forced the players into third person. There is an option in the menu to determine handedness in this case.

I miss the ability to get totally smashed at my ship's private bar. If anyone needs a drink in a nice, quiet, familiar place, it's Shepard.

You could also change it on the fly, during gameplay.
