It seems like all of the Bishoujo Bioware exlcusive Commander Shepard is not including the MP code. 
I search everywhere in the packaging and cannot locate it. I've watched several youtube unboxings, saw one with Liara Bishoujo and the code was located at the base of the statue in the package inside with the instructions. 

However the Bishoujo Bioware exclusive version doesn't have it. I wanted to double check and watch an unboxing of one, and theirs also did not contain the code. I'm led to believe despite what the product page says that there are no mp codes in bishoujo female shepard bioware exclusive toy. i contacted the Bioware store, hopfully I can get my code and see what's going on. 

Anyone else having the same issues?

Yep, my one never had the code either and I know others were missing theirs. As you say it seems like they were not included unfortunately.

I note that you have already contacted the store so they should have sent you a code by now. If not just drop them another email at: support@biowarestore.zendesk.com
