Hello, is mine first post here & i basically im looking for a bit of help.

Well i buyed the deluxe ed & got all the 3 dl optional conten for playing & i have completed the game, now im playing another time with other character & a few weeks ago the game show mine acc is unauthorized for playing with those extras. So the question is wtf happens ¿?.

Try manually starting the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service before you start the game. It is supposed to start automatically when the game starts, but there seem to be some issues around that. Without it the game can't talk to the server to verify that you own the content.



To manually start it:

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START



If the service is missing or doesn't start there is more troubleshooting information in theRedeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ



There is also a beta fix available that for me has resolved some of the issues with the service starting automatically.
