Origins is not his type of game (I think). He believes that doing what feels "morally right" should have the best outcome.
What if people disagree about what "feels" morally right? What if someone (correctly) declares that the very idea of moral feelings is absurd?
Just Because You Like a Character, Doesn't Mean They're Perfect.

I didn't make that quote, but that's David for you. That's all I'm going to say.

. Thats why all the corrclect options in ME are conveniently located in the top right hand of the dialogue wheel. No matter how stupid they are.Sylvius the Mad wrote...

He can read the wiki and basically be set.

Oh yes. Miranda is dishonest. Intentionally by the writers, I might add.
Also, enough of this "play DA:O" nonsense. This has nothing to do with morality. Just simple logic. Miranda has a flaw, and is weaker because of it. And thus never quite on the level of Shepard and some of the others.
it's an inevitability.
Every character in the ME IP has flaws.

Yes, they can be. That's why I don't believe in universal morality.
What, may I ask does this have to do with Dragon Age?

Yes it can. Did you intend that as an attack of subjectivity? I suggest that it is an even more effective attack on the very concept of morality.David7204 wrote...

Better yet, he can go onto TV tropes and change the story there to suit what he thinks it should be.

And how do they do that? By presenting a game written by someone else as evidence and truth.

I don't get the problem with Origins, though. Two choices in two different main quest have the best outcome as the morally right choice. Is his problem about the two different endings in DAO?

I wonder if I'm the only one grasping the very sad irony here. We have a group of people trying to argue that nothing is subjective and that intellectual players think for themselves and disagree with the writers.

If you're the only person who is getting something, chances are that you're the only person who didn't actually get it.

Should I list every character's flaws? It'd be better if you list the characters you thing are perfect or without flaws, and I respond to it. It'd take less time.

Do we really need to answer that? You basically answered it with Miranda up top. As I can answer it with Jack, Shepard, Anderson, blah blah.

A flaw is a serious thing. When people discuss this, the complaints are nearly always just petty or silly. I've always very heavily disliked the idea that flaws make characters interesting.
