Heh? Cerberus don't have unlimited resources, they just spent 6 months covertly stealing, militarising and mobilising everything they had prepped for decades. Compared to the inefficient Alliance, it's straightforward they would be a match.

Aside from your interrupt being very strange, Rupe Elkoss literally managed to talk some woman he'd never met before out of going to Sanctuary. And his company manufactures Avengers. He's really cool in my book.

On topic of Sanctuary, that's another that should be possible: there's a Turian-Asari pair where the Turian engineer from ME2 (the one who didn't like Ships or Fish) tells the Asari to take their kids to Sanctuary. Would've really wanted to tell them not to go, myself, but Hindsight is 20/20.

Plus, all the rumors of "Sanctuary" should of made one want to go check it anyway much earlier in the game. How can any place call itself a "safe" zone without a catch?

The same can be said of the Citadel. I think the general idea was that Shepard was too busy finding stranded cruisers and curing the genophage.

I would like to interrupt the conversation that the ptsd asari is having with the nurse and try and talk her out of suicide. my paragon shepard should be able to do it, and even though as a spectre I don't authorize her to have access to weapons she still disappears, so im assuming she killed herself one way or another. pretty sad

and I had no idea that was rupe elkoss, pretty awesome him talking that lady out of going to sanctuary, since im assuming he knew about the place somehow
