I doubt he means to offend Engineer players everywhere, just pointing out that most of the people who worship the deckplating Tali's ostrich feet walk on play as Engineers. Not every Engineer is a Talimancer, but a lot of Talimancers are Engineers.

EDIT: Probably so that in their minds they have something in common to talk to Tali about at every conceivable fantasised opportunity.

Yeah, I get it. 
To be honest the thought crossed my mind once... but after using Tali exclusively (With one other) in my last playthrough I can't say she has won me over yet. She seems too... vivid? I don't know, I like Liara a hell of a lot more at least! Perhaps in Mass Effect 2 I will change my mind.

*Bleeding from wound to the shoulder* They're definitely making a strong push, though with the picture on there about the hips, I just found myself looking at the feet and realising the avian legs and feet are even more evident this time around.

They won't rage like mad, they'll commit mass suicide. I've poked my head into the Talimance thread(s) a few times and some of the people posting in them seem to be totally obsessed by the topic. Obsessed beyond all logical reason by a character who isn't the most compelling character I've ever seen, and who has features more reminiscent of a bird than a person i.e. chicken legs. I suspect some are so obsessed by the idea of Talimance that if it doesn't exist they'll kill themselves. Maybe in a dramatic fashion, such as right outside the BioWare offices.

As much as I find this concept hilarious, part of me actually believes there are people who are that desperate. Have you even seen the stuff they write in that Garrus Love Thread?! It's... it aint right! All this lovey dovey GARRUSSS :3:3:3  so kawaaai stuff is really... really creeping me out.

I really have an urge to go there and say "it ain't gonna happen" but.. I think I value the fact that people don't want me dead on these forums. But I look forward to finding out that there is no TaliMance in ME2, I really wouldn't think it be possible, and I most certainly don't want it. But hey, I had no idea you could romance liara, I just ignored her on my 1st playthrough and only later realised it was possible. So if it's one of those "I stumbled across it" then sure, whatever. I haven't got my eyes set on that anyway... yeuch. Garrus + TaliMance, the end of the world is nigh!
