Some people have said that a save file is not created after the credits in Dragon Age: Witch Hunt. Since I know that Morrogan will be in Dragon Age Inquisition, I am wondering if the choice I make will be the one reflected in the third game. Last time I played, a auto save after the credits was created, but Teagan said the hero of ferelden ashould be in Denerim, even if I went through the portal. Will this happen no matter what?
Should I follow Morrigan through the Eluvian?

Just go through. 
I'm sure the warden can probably come back whenever he wants if he puts enough effort into it, I mean, he'd prolly go insane if he had to spend the rest of his life in a freaky dimension cut off from normal civilization. Regardless of whether they talk about it again or not the choice is there now; go through or don't.
