Supressor with ammo clip and melee stunner (on a black/red shadow).

Dat look

Actually, this setup often froze one of my buddies' console for some reason so I've never gotten around to trying it.

GPS, Disciple.

Charge GPS -> cloak -> shoot -> shadow strike -> heavy melee --- now cloak breaks -> shoot more -> repeat.
Occassional slash, charged shot + double SS in one cloak.....its very good (build in my HQ).

Wraith, talon. Pretty much any short range weapon since for the most part, you're gonna be in close combat.

I like the Wraith because it is the strongest light shotgun in which I can fit two Shadow Strikes under one TC cycle. The reason it is better than the Piranha in this case is because you can use the weight mod glitch so that the omniblade weight becomes inconsequential.

I also use the Responder loadout because the extra medigels allow me to be more aggressive than usual without having to worry about BS death or rage-gelling.

Armor piercing ammo.
This is classic 'Shadow Strike all the things build'.
Eventually you can spec out Electric slash and go for weapon damage in her passives.

This...;)

I actually like shadow strike since this ability is unique to  this kit.

The shield drain evo on ss is a very good option in my view, since it keeps you going.
As equipment strength enhancer and power amp, as gear Juggernaut Shield,  but I think Geth Scanner is a very good or even better choice as long as you can onehitkill certain foes as e.g. dragoons etc. as was mentioned above already.
As weapons I usually take acolyte (just because it is light weight) with power mod and melee stunner + hurricane (ULM+HVB) or just talon, but i could imagine that shotgun + omniblade could givge very good results too.

True, Acolyte guarantees "one hit, one kill" with SS on Phantoms anfter stripping her barriers.
Power Amp is better than Cyclonic in terms of damage but I when I use her on Platinum I need more shields.
If you use Power Amp, you can use geth Scanner because you have a ton of damage from the amp.

Talon for dat roleplay, although Suppressor is a nice choice in that regard also.

Wraith/Claymore/Pirahna. I tend to go Pirahna when I am not pistoleerbeyatch just because I dont always like "the best". My first gold solo with her was with Pirahna if you must know.

And Shadow Strike all the things.

I know some people always defend Shadow Sniper build... but let`s always consider that she is possibly the single worst Infiltrator for sniping.

Erm.... No

The AIU is by far the worst Sniper Infiltrator as she has no ranged attack and no ranged stun/stagger power.  She's a hyper CQC character making her useless for sniping.

I always go sniper on the shadow these days.  Valiant with Extended barrel and a stun ammo like Disruptor or Cryo. (Give me a break, I'm only an average sniper so I need some help from stun)  I've tried with the BW but I find it just too heavy to allow for enough SS.  The Incisor would be excellent but it has too much recoil for the Shadow - best used on a Turian.

For shotty I would probably go with the Pirhana to keep the weight down, or you could go reegar for the full fat cheese.

This reminds me: I've never tried the Bonus power evolution of TC on the Shadow... Is it worth skipping electric slash altogether? I'm not using ES that much so it could be a good idea...

I generally use Disruptor ammo on the Shadow, and ES is great at setting off Tech Bursts...

I choose Bonus Power because you get a lot of aggro coming out of cloak without it. I just skip Rank 6 passive and put just 3 ranks in ES for the occasional CC and detonating ally Tech Explosions like Snap Cheeze. You often get two explosions from one cast. Having ES rounds the Shadow out a bit more as a versatile kit.

Also, ES is a really good compliment to the Shadow's heavy melee. One of my favorite combo of moves is to go near a group of enemies, do ES from cloak, and cancel the animation with a heavy melee which will usually decapitate at least two mooks that had their shields stripped from both ES's initial and main shockwave.

You can't do 2 SSs in one TC cycle.

Krysae, because Krysae has a 100% chance to prime enemies for a TB, and it primes multiple enemies.

Cloak -> Krysae Shot -> Electric Slash. 2-3 TBs + the damage from ES = lots of dead things. It actually makes the Krysae relevant again.

Shadowstrike is a crap power anyway, who cares about doing it twice?  Also you're saying you can't Cloak->Shadowstrike->Shadowstrike->Reegar?  Narida (and my own experience) would say that you can since TC duration is 5.2 seconds and shadowstrike recharges in 3.81 seconds using a reegar with HVB and Omniblade.

Interesting. I like the Krysae on the MQE for Tech bursting, but I've never thought about using it on the Shadow.

I normally use the Wraith with HVB and Omni Blade.  I like to SS often and move around the map a lot.  I think this is by far the most fun way to play the Shadow.  Piranha is a close 2nd.

If I'm doing a Sniper build, I like to use a combination of Indra and Talon (with piercing and melee mod).  Allows me to use a good Sniper Rifle while still having a decent cooldown for using SS.
