Generous description there. I liked how the only real purpose "Evolution" served was to introduce the basis for the EDI sex robot.
Please, remind me, which series whas that exactly? They're all so similar.
It's the one where TIM becomes the first man on Illium and Palaven and gets his superhero eyes and ability to know all languages.

Evolution gave TIM his backstory, and showed the founding of Ceberus at the end.

Arcturus Station was inaugurated in 2156, one year before the FCW. They were still building it, but the finished parts were in use during and after the war. The station was fully completed in 2162.Fixers0 wrote...
Isn't there a continuity error, here, this comic takes place after the FCW yet Arcturus station wasn't yet?

Still interesting though that during 2183 Arcturus station looked the same as it was during the FCW, anyway, I think that's the least of our problems, but why the Alliance tolerates child labour in it's home system i just don't know.

Yeah its appearance during the FCW is still an inconsistency.Fixers0 wrote...

Why would it look different? Maybe they kept the old design? Maybe most of it was done by then?

Construction began in 2151 and ended 2162, so realistically they could've only come halfway by the time the FCW took place.RiouHotaru wrote...

I read the comic that linked ME1 to ME2, it was ooookaaaaaay, but I only read it once and from the preview I read of Foundations, (what's with the one word titles?) I'm not likely to be reading any more of these comics. Personally I think they're just a merchandise item like T-shirts and figurines - good for making money off the franchise.

Thats Walters for you...It seems hes gone to the Michael Bay school of plots, unfortunately. Making sense is secondary to huge explosions, big battles and sexy women. And Cerberus.
You know I am the first to admit the flaws of both Bioware and Mass Effect but wether you want to admit it or not they still right better stories than 99% of the games out there.
Or do we want more Spunkgarglewee?

I could go on, but I have stuff to do.

A game of tic-tac-toe has a better plot than ME2 and 3.

Half Life -boring plot, boring characters
Walking Dead - retelling a story of something else (although it does that VERY well)
GTA - Are you serious? No one cares about GTA stories.
Starcraft - Don't even get me started with the massive plot holes in that game.
And my point is that games that come out currently. Yes, bioware still does good storytelling.
How could you leave out Uncharted? You should just say Naughty Dog and 2k games in the future.

Have you been seeing some of the stories we've been getting lately?
When a story with as dizzying and ending as Infinite has gets little criticism for that (regardless that everything else about the narrative was amazing) we have problems. I yearn for the days of Kotor and System Shock but you guys did and still do complain alot over small things.
That said I do agree that Cerberus needs to die so we can move on to more interesting villians/antagonists.
Nice to see you too Seboist.

Walters lends the instant authenticity, and the unique approach of having the desire to say more with these characters than he can in the video games.

Can't say it's a lie.

Arcian listed a number of them. But there are plenty of videogames, both new and old, far better written than any of the Mass Effect games.

The older Legend of Zelda titles are better written than ME2 and 3 for sure. Link is given a compelling reason for why he has to go out and collect triforce pieces unlike Shepard collecting space pokemon in ME2 or the whole derpcible bit in 3(that he admits he hasn't a clue of what it does).

How many times have I been through this? None of you would have devoted the countless hours you've spent to this forum if you actually believed any of this contrived nonsense.
People do very foolish things in a desperate attempt for power, don't they? You're upset with ME 3 and BioWare, so you conjure this little fantasy in an attempt to convince yourself. Say it enough times and it might become true, right?
