I like it when people make references to the actual game. It's makes me feel a little warm and fuzzy inside, up until I recall my disappointment.

(I can't be the only one who's a bit disheartened by the fact that a majority of the active users in this board have join dates after ME3's release.)

My join date hurts me. I wish I had discovered this game long before I did; maybe I'd have a Typhoon by now.

I'll stand by saying that ME2 is easily my favourite game of the franchise.

I played all 3 games thru 6 times using all the classes.  I just didnt play the MP because I thought it was like all MPs--A bunch of snot nose D-Bags trying to talk over each other when they arent sending random hatemail to people in the lobby.  Never have I been so wrong.  (insert Hobbit meme)

Typically, it's just me 'n' Finn, the dynamic duo of 16 year old SPECTREs.

I occasionally drop in with other SPECTREs, but usually just Smoothie or KingKongKnockingPingPongDonkeyKong for the challenges.

Has it really? SPECTRE had a lot of hackers in their ranks originally, superb accomplishments was things like soloing gold, etc. Who the hell can't solo gold now with damn near every character in the game that is in SPECTRE?

Agreed. I remember when I started playing this game and saw videos like Stentron's 17:54 gold solo or Sp3c7er's Destroyer platinum solo. I thought no one would be able to beat those times, and certainly not me. Now almost everyone from Spectre I play with has done 15-16 minute gold solos and way more impressive plat solos than a pre-nerf Destroyer with Typhoon solo. I'm not saying that anyone is better than Stentron or any of the other old spectres, we obviously have superior equipment and a deeper knowledge of the game today, but stating that the
quality of the group has "fallen to the ground" seems a little bit over the top.
