How do people have so many level 3 equipments?! I have a maxed manifest and I buy jumbos until consumables are maxed and then spectres, but I can never seem to get a decent supply of lv 3's.

Having a maxed manifest for a while and doing exactly that got me all of mine. I also mixed up what I used nearly all the time, so I never got too low on anything. (My lowest consumable was Cylonics at 71 level IV's)

I visited a merchant of old, and gave him 5 million sovereigns, and in return he did give me no less than enough shotgun amp IIIs to raise my total from a mere 17 to a cloudy 54.

Since then.... This merchant has disappeared ... suspected indoctrinated...

Adrenaline 3 is my UR. After a long period of Fury and DV/DA I was down to 4 before finally going to the store.
