Hi all!

I'm currently going through my third replay of the Mass Effect franchise, and i'm about to begin Mass Effect 2, but as i chose Liara as my romance interest, i want to play Lair of the Shadow Broker, but as i won't have the money for it this month, i'm planning to buy it later. Will i be able to start my playthrough and install the DLC later? 

Also, when during the game does the DLC take place? When is the last chance to do it? Am i able to start the mission at any point until the point-of-no-return during the game?

I just played ME2 once and with the DLC when I talked to Liara the first time, so I don't know, does she keeps herself at her office after you talk to her (when you don't have the DLC)? If she does, then maybe it's possible to install and play the DLC later on.

That said, I'm not sure if you can install it at any point, but I have to say that I installed pretty late on my save and only did the mission just before the point-of-no-return ! You can do that, but I found that it's kind of better (even funnier somewhat?) if you play it early. I mean, you can get some more credits and things. If you don't bother with those stuff, do the mission whenever you want !

Okay, thanks for the help! I was pretty sure you would be able to install it on an existing save, but i just wanted to make sure Thanks for the help again!
