In particular:
a) ME1 -> "the Prothean data disc" - on the planet Antibaar ('Armstrong Nebula' - 'Tereshkova')
B) ME1 -> "the Mysterious Globe" (the Consort's trinket & Cro-Magnon's visions) - on the planet Eletania ('Attican Beta' - 'Hercules')
c) ME1 -> "the Prothean data disc" - on the planet Chasca ('Maroon Sea' - 'Matano')
d) ME1 -> "the Prothean data disc" plus "a few children's toys and some ragged clothes" on the top of the Prothean Pyramid" - on the planet Binthu ('Voyager Cluster' - 'Yangtze')
e) plus many other Prothean data discs on some asteroids
f) ME1 -> " the massive skull is scored by deflected mass accelerator" - on the planet Maji ('Armstrong Nebula'- 'Vamshi')
g) ME2-> " the big Prothean sphere and after Shep touched it turned into a small sphere ( I forgot where it is but something connected to doctor O'Loy). Later it can be seen on the table in Shep's "loft"

What is the meaning in finding all these Prothean artifacts (especially - B), d) & g) ) and similar (NOT! the matriarch Dilinaga's writings) in ME1 & ME2 if you can NOT ask Javik about them and they can help you to find the Crucible or Catalist?

No impacts on ME3.
Just the XP in ME1.

I think the Prothean data discs may be a war asset in ME3. I would have to check. You can probably google it or something. I do not have a lot of time right now.

You can find that big orb thing from ME1 on the same planet in ME3, but its just a war asset.

Without giving it away, the Matriarch's writings can come up in ME3... and the Elkoss Combine License may as well (which is a total Bioware troll since that is the worst license).

Yeah, I never bothered collecting that crap. Even the Prothean pinball from ME2's firewalker dlc is useless.

Another absolutely fascinating bit of story from Mass Effect 1 that never went anywhere. I always wondered why the discs never came back or why we never saw a Prothean pyramid anywhere again.

You do briefly see a Prothean pyramid at the Blue Suns base on a side mission in ME2, but very little fanfare is made of it. It's kind of like "oh hey, here's one of those pyramids...moving right along..."

There are quite a few aspects of ME1 that could have been built upon but instead seem completely pointless when you realize how little they matter (if at all) in ME2/ME3.

In retrospect, should have expected elements like the prothean pyramids and monuments from me1 to get the cold shoulder in the later games. Even in Me1; if you bring Liara along, you'll get nothing out of her. Which I would have thought it a given to do, to further establish the games mythos.
Alas it does not seem to be the case.  Reativly certain that the lone exception to this is ilos mission. To me, it seems bioware didn't have an actual story really worked out for the Mass Effect series, beyond a rough main story arch. The majority of the subplots seem to lead to dead ends and forgotten blind alley's.
