Yes.  My N7 rank is greater than his.  Hence he obviously posseses less skill.

So true. I'm pissed off by all those Javelin GI bronze scrubs as well.

Javelin is a crutch.

Skilled players use an AIU with  a Reegar.

Not as hard as TC/snap freeze/shoot. And with a reegar you don't even need to aim :)
