Couple of in-game shots...

And a quick video showing them in action.
Next on the agenda will be the grinding mill and a few old millstones to toss about.

Lovely work! Was wondering though, as a companion to the external mill buildings -- water and wind -- has anyone ever done the mill operation inside the building?
I've actually made something like this for my PW. I made one for a windmill (with the source of power from above), and one for a watermill (with the source of power coming from the side). The second is pictured below.3RavensMore wrote...

It still needs some tweeking though:
- the animation speed needs to be slowed down by about 1/2
- the millstones' texture needs to be fixed (I recently retextured the city tileset, and I must have used one of those textures for the millstones)
If I get it fixed soon, I'll post both versions for downloading.
Making stuff is the best way to learn to do it.phenix-rising wrote...
Very nice, AD! Guess I should have asked if someone had anything hidden away somewhere - would have spared me much hair-pulling and teeth-gnashing.
But then, since this project is what prompted me to learn about modelling in the first place, I would have missed out on all the fun too.
Now I'll get my beak back to the...millstone.
