Imagine that all the character's from ME1-3 were back for ME4.

I know. Unlikely.

But imagine if they were and they appeared on screen for the first time.

What would be the perfect opening line of dialogue for them?

For the first shot of the Normandy coming out of the Relay......

Less of a line, and more of a emergence to the AC/DC track, back in black!

Though the words, "I'm back, in black", would work for Shepard too.
