Anywhere you could actually admire a view, like on Illium.

Surkesh and Palaven are top of my list, I was goddamn depressed when I couldn't visit Palaven at all, not even to rescue Garrus' father & Sister.
Surkesh I'd love to see more of, it looks like such a beautiful place from the Codex, and multi-player map but everything we have seen of it was brief or being destroyed by Cerberus =[
Possibly Kajhe but maybe not as I'm terrified of large open bodies of water, it was horrible being so far underwater during *spoilers* for me =[

Oh, and the Citadel, with new areas or revamped old ones in the new engine.

I don't want to see a single piece of Earth though =/

Edit: Also I never want to go to Omega again but I bet we will oh god

Why does almost everyone forget our own planet? I want to visit Earth, simply because Earth has never really been accessible before in a ME game, although it would be so interesting to see what all the technology boosts have given us. I vote for one big hub in Earth, (big cities like London etc.) or multiple smaller hubs which shows us the different states our world is in.

Well, I for one don't care to visit a place I can go to in the real world (even if said place is in the future in said game) over the more exotic locations that aren't real. If there is an Earth hub, I won't mind it, I'd just rather go to places absolutely impossible for humans to visit in the real world.

If that makes any sense

That's a good point, actually.

Although I do feel like they haven't really addressed Earth's situation or politics much in the games, particularly after the first Mass Effect. Chris L'Etoile and Drew Karpyshyn had a lot of really interesting ideas about where humanity in the form of the Systems Alliance might end up by the 22nd century (in terms of globalisation and the Earth becoming a huge global melting pot of cultures and peoples) but all we saw in Vancouver was an Alliance military tribunal going "herp derp", and London was hardly looking its best in ME3.

For all that we've learnt about other cultures, there hasn't really been a chance to look at humanity's place in the galaxy beyond the increasing silliness of the Cerberus plotline, so I'd like to see more of Earth and what we're like as a species by 2150 or so.

Or if not Earth, then definitely Arcturus.

Above all else, a repopulated Rannoch, complete with friendly geth, unmasked quarians, and perhaps even a statue of Legion.

If it has to be something we've had aside from the Citadel, I'd say a rebuilt Tuchanka. Seeing these worlds whole again would be exciting.

Ever since I visited Illium for the first time I loved that hub. I'm definitely pro-sequel so I could imagine the following:

Thessia has suffered too much damage to sustain an (even reduced) Asari population, so in the aftermath of the Battle for Thessia, Councilor Tevos/Irissa has ordered all remaining Asari civilians to different smaller colonies until the outcome of the Crucible's use was clear.
Then every Asari was given the choice to remain in any colony they might've ended up on or move to Illium to reunite the Asari populace and thus preserve and rebuild their cultural and political conscience.
