now here in canada im completely jobless and am waiting to get my ged done...now i have no freaking idea how do most teens here get job/s so quickly as back in dubai/india i have never worked in my life...that is no paid job and neither any voluntary job...so i have nothing to write even in the resume...
i know there are places that help get newcommers jobs and i tried attanding those seminasr pr wateva in YMCA and employment ontario but that proved to be a waste of time.

First I'd check out and see if your school has any programs to help you get a sort of "training job" within your field. I know some of them will do things like that to get you some experience as you train.
After that, you're looking at things like retail which aren't the best jobs in the world, but offer a paycheck.
The jobs I personally had prior to having any sort of qualification were grocery store clerk, paint "expert" at Rona, and unloading shipments at a department store.
Basically just walk into various stores and ask if they're hiring.

hmm... i c...thx for the reply...
well i have searched for em in sheridan and elsewhere but its mostly a no...and i also tried searching for job shadows but i have no idea how to look for people to job shadow me n neither google provides any info on finding people who can job shadow but google gets results on how to job shadow someone....huh...
as for training jobs...well i asked em quite back but all they keep saying...sadly...is that the only thing i can do is go through the drawing and painting courses of 2 years and then go for my field, i.e, 3D animaion of 3 years...so 5 years gone like that...darnit...
and then me not having any cash is another humangus mountain over my head crushing me...i tried for tim hortans, walmart and where not they say theres no job available..how do other 1st timers get jobs here quickly i have a resume but theres absolutely nothing that i can write in it in the'what have i done so far, which jobs ive been to previously and what certificates do i hold regarding to the perticular job im applying for' fields...and they are the most important if im not wrong...
i get it that in business language they arent gonna hire me but if no one does where am i going to get the experience they require me to have them hire me....

An issue many young people like me have, to get a job you need experience, yet to get experience you need a job.
I believe many depend on family having connections to get a job.
