I know some people don't care or even discourage this but I feel it's lacking in DA and especially in DA2. Now I know we have romances but it is funny and interesting to have on night stands with a maiden you just saved or a damsel you just met. It would also be funny if your doing a quest for some high noble or royal figure and you sleep with his/her daughter/son. DA:O had some of this but it could of had more. It's totally optional but for those who enjoy small, interesting details like me, it would be a great addition to the game.

3 works too but let's be honest here, the game does a terrible job of implying sex, and it's understandable since everyone is underage. Still has some nice innuendos though, Rise's comment on her sore throat during Christmas eve had me in tears.

These 2 fantastic ideas could be made better yet with rampant NPC's following you around so much that ocassionally you get stuck in doorways forcing you to click on one to initiate a full-on 'tent scene' wherever you happen to be.

Even better: maybe we'll get some reminiscence of Saint's Row system. There you can go around naked and disgust bypassers. In DA:I let's call it b**** mode, which would allow you to have an intercourse with everything you just happen to pass (not to mention DA:O had sex with animals, just sayin').
