You have to create a new morph or edit an existed one.
File -> New -> Morph or
File -> Open -> a local .mrh file
[...] Edit parameters [/..]
Post to local
Rename the .mor file to "hf_genfl_morrigan.mor".
Move the renamed .mor file to the (singleplayer ) override folder.
To edit Morrigan´s .mrh file get the resource here:
