I've deleted both folders, uninstalled it, installed it again only to find out I still have all the useless crap I ever downloaded, downloading again.
How do I delete everything on Garry's mod?

Steam library, right click, properties, local files tab, browse local files button. Remove everything in it.

I did, but it's the stuff I downloaded from Workshop that just keep re-downloading.
I've got to install Gmod again.
EDIT: Yeah, I'm looking on workshop now and everything I've downloaded still has the tick in the bottom right hand corner.

I think you have to manually unsubscribe to all the useless crap you've subscribed to. Whether there's a way to untick all those ticks in one go, I don't know :/

That is what I have feared
But I downloaded so much, it takes a good 10 minutes for it to be acknowledged. I click unsubscribe and it freezes for 15 minutes and then it is fine until you unsubscribe the next one.
It is ridiculously slow loading.
