Easiest way:

Install ME1 on your harddisk.
Install ME2 on your harddisk.
Install ME3 on your harddisk.

Start a new Shepard.
Play through first mission.

Format your harddisk.
Throw out your computer through the window.
Listen to the sound of a computer hitting the street.
Also snap your ME-DVDs into half.
Throw them out of the window to be sure.
Grab a flamethrower and burn it with fire.

Done. Shepard is deader than dead.

Why kill Shepard in ME3 when you can do it in ME2.
