Quarian superiority!! By far the best race.
The Geth are by far the race I despise the most. Good thing I killed Legion and eradicated them^_^

Begone monster.

Well said

Tell that to the millions of Quarian civilians massacred by the Geth. The Geth were so nice in the Morning War.

Tell that to the billions of non-hostile Geth terminated for being Geth. Or just Geth in general being genocided for the crime of self-awarness.

Geth did not kill civilians, the majority of the Quarian population sided with the Geth. The greater Quarian government was the one that decided to terminate all Geth programs and kill anyone caught protecting the Geth.

You're views are based on false pretenses and you support genocide of intelligent life. This isn't the SP forum however, so i'll discuss this no further. Good day, sir!

This.

The Geth actually spared the Quarians when they fled Rannoch. They could pursue them and annihilate them completely but they didn't.

The Geth are not monsters (at least the non-heretic ones).

This just occurred to me, but why wasn't this made into a poll...? Seems like it'd be less of a pain in the ass to tally votes.

False, false, false. The Geth terminated all organic life in the Perseus Veil, this is mentioned multiple times. Many Quarian civilians sided with the Geth, but eventually supported their government instead. When the Geth won, they killed everyone who didn't have the good fortune to flee. The governement killed and detained a few Quarians, but to what extent this was the case is never mentioned.

True, the Quarians were wrong to fight the Geth, but that doesn't excuse genocide and mass murder. Overall the Geth were by far the greater evil.

So a murderer who kills 19 people and lets one live is merciful?

If the Geth truly wanted to kill every organic in the Perseus Veil, how come they allowed the Quarians to escape even though they could have easily caught them and destroyed them completely?

They're not as evil as you think. The only evil Geth are the Geth heretics that sided with the Reapers.

The Quarians started it all, did they not? What does that make the Quarians then?

Legion explains in the geth consensus

And leaves out the part, where the Geth go on a rampage and kill every organic in the Perseus Veil. We find out in ME2, that they killed every organic, regardless of age or race.

they were under reaper control

Not during the Morning War, they acted on their own.

Let's make a little allegory:

- the Quarians are 20 people, the Geth are 20 people
- 3 Quarians attack and kill a few Geth
- they get killed and the Geth kill every other Quarian besides one who's fast enough to flee

The misguided actions of few don't justify or excuse genocide.

...Weren't the Quarians planning genocide for the Geth? Besides, the Geth had an opportunity to do so, but ended up sparing the fleeing Quarians. I imagine they wouldn't have done the same, were the shoe on the other foot. It'd have been as easy as throwing away a defective toaster, since they viewed the Geth as mere tools.

Oh...well, you should look into that. Otherwise, you wind up with off-topic stuff that gets locked down for being too entertaining. I'd tell ya how, but I don't know myself. I'm just a response kinda guy.

Are you new to the forums...?

No, they were only under Reaper control in ME3, if you disregard the factor of the Heretics. That is blatantly false.

Because the Geth were mere tools.

Is the human race to blame for Skynet becoming self-aware and killing everybody?

What? No, he never says that.

The Geth got their metallic asses kicked by the Quarians all the way back to Rannoch. They didn't want to loose, so they begged the Reapers for help, that's were the Rannoch Arc sets in.
