Why is this in off-topic?
Because the bot mods are morons, I got banned by one for posting a picture as evidence in a thread while some of my off topic pictures where left alone.

Overall I'd have to say vanilla humans.
ETA: None of the aliens are that interesting, and besides that, you know essentially nothing about them as you are only really ever exposed to a few individuals (who aren't much different from humans themselves).
All the information about them that could be compelling is enumerated in the codex...which is just words in the end.

Don't question BioWareMod01 cur!
Personally I think BioWareMod02 would win against 01 in a knife fight but 01 is awesome in his own way.
Hopefully they make BioWareMod02 a recruitable companion for Inqusition. He's the best BioWareMod by far.
OT:
Drell.
Needs to be a LI, too - you simply cannot overlook the fangirl appeal.
Also, I am not touching the geth vs. quarians discussion with a 10- foot pole mounted on the head of a giraffe. But I did save them both.
Aaaanyways, to stay on-topic - favorite races - Turian, Krogan, Human and Quarian. Turian because I am a sucker for anything Roman and having spent a fair portion of my life as a falconer has left me with more than a lingering affinity for anything murder bird-like, Krogan thanks to their "when in doubt, headbutt things" approach, Human because shut up humans are awesome.

Oh this is hard.
Krogen, simply because they are brilliant survivors, they ways are harsh and blood rage makes them crazy. And we all know they weren't ready to be brought into space, but they have been attempting to cope. On a biological view, they are perfect, will withstand the ending of the world and changes their environment brings.
Though on emotional view, I prefer the Geth. Still evolving and so curious, like children with none of the growing pains and able to take care of themselves without killing a planet. Screw the bastard who said they didn't possess souls...
Oh, they are like children, children who killed their parents, their parents' family and everyone they knew. So cute:lol:
A parent who tries to kill their own children deserves to die...
I agree, it's sad however that it had to go as far as it did, but it's never shown that the Quarians were looking for alternatives, they basicly kamikazed the Geth till their species was nearly extinct, then they realzied they had to flee.
Which for the Geth was good enough, the geth only wanted to protect their own survival and didn't pursue.
If people got a problem with it then it's sadly just the way the writers decided to depict the Quarians.
At least the writers are consistent when depicting the Quarians in ME3 as agressive, ruthless and incapable of changing their ways until someone hits them with a sledge hammer where they are forced to flee, surrender and accept a peace offer or simply die.
