I bought DA:O Deluxe edition a few days ago. Launching the game from the Steam client, it gave me two keys, which I wrote down, expecting to use them as soon as the game started. But it never asked for either. Eventually, searching the 'net, I managed to sign up on both EA and Bioware sites, and found something about registering via the in-game Steam client, which wouldn't take my first key, but did the second.
In the DLC sections of both Steam and the game proper, I have Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep available. There is no mention of Blood Dragon Armor, or anything else. In Installed Content, there's nothing in the game, and Steam says 'bonus material'.
I'm enjoying the game, but I can't tell what I have available (I can find nothing about Blood Dragon Armor, etc. on my installation), or that I've gotten what I paid for, so I'm certainly not going to buy more of it. What's more, there's literally zero documentation (or at least nothing to tell me where I can find it). I mean, c'mon, no .pdf manual or something?
Sorry to the vets who see this as whining, but I've been playing electronic FRPG/MMO/etc. for 25+ years, so it's not like I'm a noob trying to figure out how the internet works. And like I said, I am enjoying the game itself.
Does anyone have any tips/info/help they can offer? Thanks very much in advance.
Steam is... well, weak
