I have Origins, and a CD key, and i have awakening. My achievements are uploaded to my online profile, and i have all of the DLC, but the site wont recognize my CD key, so i cant register the game. I bought it with Steam, adn that might be the problem, but I dont think thats likley, so if anyone can help, please do.

There is no support for that error on the BSN network's forums.
Only on EA Help, exactly as per the Header blurb and the sidebar graphic.
Once again, with your blindfold removed, and your visual correction in place:
