Because collectively, I think they're all responsible. They're the ones who haven't learned their lesson. The ones who still think they are justified and in the right and not at all responsble for what has happened to them over the course of their history.
The Quarians are victims, why does it matter what their ancestors did 300 years ago? But let's not get into that, the Civilians didn't want this war, why are they to blame for the decisions of their leaders? Collective guilt is one of the dumbest most illogical arguments in existence, I'm dissapointed, but I can't say I'm surprised.
I do. And I've mentioned repeatedly why I bash them. Bashing and criticizing =/= prejudice against them.
Like I said earlier, you blame an entire species for a few bad choices, that's like blaming the entire human species for our mistakes of the past. I call that prejudice.

True, you said that you found them repulsive, dumb and ignorant, based on that I just assumed you despised them. Once again, calling an entire species blatantly stupid is prejudice.
