Would you like the next Game to be a trilogy start with same character?

Honestly? I hope that they will bring Shepard back. Not in the next game, but down the line? Why not. It wouldn't be the first time something like that had happened. For example, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes. There he created a character who surpassed it's creator. He killed Sherlock and his readership flipped out. And so, eventually, he brought the famed detective back.

That's my hope, anyway. Let them make two or three more games. But I fervently hope Shepard has made enough of a mark on Mass Effect to make the universe seem stale without him. And I hope (even if it's just for the sake of a cash cow) they bring him back. Even if it's just for a prequel, such as his N7 training and Elysium/Torfan/Akuze. Maybe his early days under Anderson?

After what Bioware did to Shepard in the closing minutes of ME3, I never want to see Shepard again

It depends on the story they roll out for the next game.

Its hard to say without knowing the plot. Some stories need several chapters to resolve them, whereas others wouldn't. The Reapers plot couldn't be confined to a single game for example, had Mass Effect been a one shot the plot would have had to be radically different. Likewise if the original Mass Effect was just a manhunt story (Saren) and didn't involve the Reapers, dragging that out for three games would have been too much.

I will say that one benefit a trilogy has over a one shot, is that you have three games worth of character development with the squad mates. There's only so much dialogue that you can cram into a single game. Since Bioware's main focus has always been on the characters, perhaps its best to have a story that spans more than one game.

Honestly I hope they rein themselves in and just make ONE sequel.

Like the original KotOR or Mass Effect it should be a self-contained story with the possibility of a sequel, instead of a lacklustre "We want a new trilogy so here's a game that is all setup and no payoff" like Halo 4, or inconsequential midquel stuff like ME2.
