However, I don't think Bioware is that sort of world, and I don't think the developers intended to make Flemeth overtly sexual. And even if they did, there is a nice variety of female characters to counteract that. The decision to make Flemeth "sexier" (if that was the intention) is confusing, but it's an isolated example.
I don't think it's sexiness—it's extravagance.
As I posted earlier, they did the same thing to the Architect. David's description was something like a bloated hurlock in a hooded cloak, and we somehow got that glam rock superstar.
Which is fine, because he had a distinctive appearance (and it led directly into Corypheus, and will probably continue and be instantly recognizable if any other magister returns in the future), and he looked interesting enough in combination with his voice acting and his role in the game. He was well done, so the excess didn't bother me.
Flemeth's other daughter has now appeared, and you can instantly tell that she's a Witch of the Wilds because of how she looks (when you see Yavana, you know right away exactly what she is). (And you could probably make a better case for objectification with her appearance in the comic than with Flemeth in the concept art and the game, though I personally thought it wasn't bad.)
I think that was more the intent than "sexification". (As before, the only thing I questioned was the boob window, but it's not overly gratuitous or anything, so I was comfortable enough with the new look.)
