My name was inspired by my IRL friends.

My last name is Hamilton, so it easy to see where Hamiltoe came from. One day my one friend called me HoochieHamiltoe, and from that day on it stuck.

Clyde is the name I picked up from writing; everyone who writes knows you have an alterego when using the pen.

"Ghost In The Shell" while it is a cartoon and a damn good one, it is also a beloved mixtape by the rap artist Styles P., whom I am a huge fan of, but have been compared to physically far too often. Nonetheless:

ClydeInTheShell was born. It is my XBL GT & PSN.

Eh, rather boring of a story...

The first lan type party I went to was when Halo 1 was just coming out. My friends all were using military sounding names and I wanted to fit in so I put Sgt in front of my name. Then when it was time to sign up for XBL I just used that name, but it was taken so I threw a random number on it.

I'd like to have changed it to something exciting or creative but... 800 MS points to change a GT? No thanks. lol

My OriginID is the nickname I got while studying for being a very direct person who usually adresses something if bothered by it (and to hell with political correctness).

Plus "mistertaktvoll" (=mistertactful) is a nickname rarely taken anywhere I want to log in to and that spares me the creative process of thinking up a new one.

Phoenix is the username i use everywhere. since its usually taken already , i often add UK to the end.

I couldnt use it as my xbox GT so i went for Daxamite, which is the name of an alien race in DC Comics who are basically identical to kryptonians therefore have the same powers as superman, the only difference being they are immune to kryptonite but completely vulnerable to lead.

Black is one of my favourite colour (like the onyx but want to spell with an 'i') hence 'onix' part. Then I want to stick a number in there so I chose a 5 which is usually read as an 's' by most people ^^

on topic: Salarian war hero cited in the first Mass Effect game. and  i'm 79 years old.  has since taken on "other" possible meanings cause I don't talk much ingame...

I call shenanagans .... you were born in '79 ... unless you really did join in 2012 at age 78 with the intent of having your age match a year later ... hmm doesn't seem likely

Mine's quite simple, Prestacious is just a play on my actual last name It was my first username id on... wait for it...ICQ (yes, I just dated myself). It's stuck ever since, although I'm probably due for something new.

My gamertag is N7 Spectre MD, because mass effect is basically all I've been playing for the past few years and I loves it, and I'm an MD (somehow found some time to do that too)

I saw a guy on PSN in BO2 zombies and his ID was AssRapingPirates. I couldn't stop laughing!!

As for my ID, it is actually my dad's email. When we were setting up the account, he thought he had to put his email for the username. I've had plenty of people ask how to say my ID...

Anomander Rake is a character in one of my favourite series of fantasy books.

I always preferred the name spelled with 2 Ns.

I've played video games under the name |aNNomaNder| or Annomander or aNNomaNd3r since 2000.

I despise it when I go to create an account on something, and some **** has already taken Annomander.
