Actually I did them all, and found the same derelict ship, warehosue, or mine layouts with minor changes.

They even admitted it was light content that was easily recycled.

And I used the number 50 as hyperbole, I was just sating that the side quest stuff on the uncharted worlds was very dull, some was entertaining but most was recycled layouts and art.

Count me as one of the people that will be dissapointed if there is no driving. Yes, it was flawed in ME1, but it had a ton of potential. It needed to be fixed, not entirely removed.



I hope this doesn't end up as being another case of "whomever ****es loudest is right".

This has completely satisfied my curiosity regarding what options we'll have in terms of sidequests.



They obviously cut out/skipped over all of the parts of the mission that reveal the story in that video, to avoiding showing us spoilers, and only showed us the combat and such. That, to me, is a good thing.



I'm pleased with what we saw, from the Shepard customization to confirming Garrus as a squadmate to how deep and unique each mission will be.



The sidequests from the first ME were essentially built on the premise of being unique story-wise, but the vast majority were still set in the exact same environments...maybe with boxes in different areas. That was boring.



In ME2, that doesn't seem to be the case at all. I'm thrilled by how much deeper ME2 looks to be than ME1.





To those of you who are surprised by Jack's name: that's old news, don't you remember that from the old forums?



Being named "Jack" doesn't imply that Subject Zero is a guy, or...anything like that. I'm assuming that most of you are joking, though. It is generally a masculine name, but it's no worse than a guy being named Adrian, for example.



Jack is a girl. She's just an angry girl.

great video! thanks OP for posting. i agree with the comments that this particular vid shows more than a lot of what we've been seeing. minigames look great too...will not miss the button-mashing so much. 
and the collector's weapon? yes, please.   

question: is the collector's weapon a pre-order item (like the blackstorm heavy weapon) or is it just a standard in-game one? i know i've seen it mentioned somewhere but can't for the life of me remember...

Looks like an in game gun maybe, the collector's weapon from the CE is a rifle.

Does anybody take into considration that Bioware has planned to surpirse us and all we are doing is crapping on it?

Why post these things really? Bioware worked hard on this game and they deserve something special out of the fans, to give us a really good surprise or whatever. Who ever posts these kinda things might say they are a Bioware or Mass Effect fan but why don't you respect their wishes. It's their product and the men and woman at Bioware probaly have read this or will and have read other leaked things that has been either been posted here or at the old forums. And they proly get their feelings hurt.
 
So please guys take consideration for the Devs , if you can change the title or edit the text whatever. Please get rid of this, I'm sure there are fans of Mass Effect who get on here who haven't been spoiled yet and might read this. And they may want the surprise and Garrus might be their favorite character and are hoping for the (not suprise anymore) suprise.

There are plenty of people who don't browse the forums that will be pleasantly surprised. However those that come to the forums days before release are just asking for spoilers, fortunately or unfortunately.

I'm surely asking for spoilers myself, specifically about Legion. The accumulated evidence has made his recruitability a virtual certainty, and I'm quite pleased.

I think that is just listing your default loadout, which you can then change if you want.

EDIT: Looking back I don't know, I wouldn't read much into it. The description that comes up for the item is for the regular Katana shotgun.

If you get the collector edition it comes with, "Limited edition Cerberus Network card granting access to bonus content."  So that means BA Cerberus weapons and/or armor most probably.

Don't forget Zaeed our faivourite new DLC Bounty hunter; I doubt he is getting an extra slot! I think when the time comes you are going to have to choose between tali and legion.

He is a DLC character, meaning optional. By nature he would have to be represented in an extra slot.
