No he isn't. He's heavily modded through Gibbed's save editor, along with Texmod.

Sorry, but I'd rather leave that private. I am in the process of working with a friend to import his model into SFM and Gmod, but it's taking a while. If I can get him in either one or both games, I'll share him publicly.
