1) stop making hyperbolic opinion posts every time you try a class for the first time.
2) you're not even doing it right. yes, he is arguably one of the best kits. but you're missing the part where it's because he has one of the best incendiary stacking bug triggers. if you take away incendiary ammo, he's good - top tier, but not remotely best.

Bat sol. and Geth Trooper are for sure better. Controversialy I would say Turian Soldier is better as well (yeah, I know some people think Inferno 'nades + Reegar are good for deciding a classes ability).

My top 10 might have only 2-3 infiltrators. Yet I wouldn't put the Krogan soldier in my top 10. Don't get me wrong though, he is an excellent character and I use him quite often with the Claymore. But there are far superioir kits in the game unfortunately.

And as someone already said i played the class fine.. in this thread.. i didn't mention inci rounds and stacking because he doesn't need them to do great.

like i said, he's top tier. just not best.

hey, if you want to go around making threads about how you love so and so kit, go right ahead. but if you're going to claim that it's a best kit, not just a great kit that you love, we're going to correct you.

Fair point. Ok let me give you my personal top 10, I'm sure others may disagree with the placings but there's no place for the Krogan Soldier:

1. TGI
2. Asari Vanguard
3. Human Soldier
4. Fury
5. GI  (I know this is the number 1, but I enjoy playing the others more!)
6. Shadow
7. Drell Vanguard
8. Salarian Infiltrator
9. Krogan Vanguard
10. Asari Valkyrie


11. Asari Huntress

I generally like the Batarian Soldier better for Inferno Grenades, but I use the Krogan Soldier all the time.  It's a great class for Gold beginners, because he's durable and can do a lot of damage.  I usually carry a Claymore with HVB and Choke and a projectile gun (esp. Falcon or Scorpion) with capacity and melee mods.  I'm usually either blasting with the Claymore and Grenades, but sometimes I switch to the projectile gun and use the projectiles as stunners to set enemies up for melees.  This works great against Phantoms, BTW.

I either spec out of Carnage completely or just use it as an occasional FE detonator (because you'll be able to fire it about once every 15 seconds with the weapons I carry).  

EDIT: and be sure to use an Adrenaline Mod.

Grenade classes are all top classes, but then again it's all personal preference.

1. Drell Adept
2. N7 Paladin
3. Geth infiltrator
4. Geth engineer
5. Awakened collector
6. Male Quarian Engineer
7. Turian soldier
8. Vanilla human adept
9. Salarian infiltrator
10. N7 slayer

Yes, thats right - no TGI or AIU 

(3 adepts, 2 infiltrators, 1 soldier, 1 vanguard, 1 sentinel, 2 engineers)

You may/may not feel the same way but these are my choices and my go to kits.

A few of those are not very good.. Shadow? Valkyrie is pretty meh.. SI and TGI play fairly similar.. TGI is very basic and shouldn't be that high. Human soldier? its actually good but not on par with the krogan

Confirmed, I didn't want to say this or look offensive but, man, you just don't know anything about this game or how to play it
