Well, maybe OP isn't the word. The Harrier is bettter... on level 0 characters with no mods allowed.
I'd prefer to say that it's the most synergetic

Yup. And I feel the same way.
There's something about the Talon which I don't like. Couldn't quite put my finger on it whether it's the slow refire rate, or recoil when zoomed. Whichever. I prefer accuracy.

That one would be much closer.
I would expect the Talon to win given the BSN's opinion of it, but I greatly prefer the Wraith to it.

Reegar Carbine
I nerfed the damage by 50% on my host and it still annihilates everything but armour. It's actually kind of balanced for me now(mostly because it does very little to armour even with Incendiary Rounds IV).

Still Talon but pretty damn close. For me it would be a choice of which I have more lvl 3 amps for to be honest.

So why the Talon is so good?
It's lighter than the Wraith or Paladin. It has more shots, it has decent range, it has good rate of fire, it has modifiers vs shields and barriers and it can put on a 40% damage mod over Wraith.
