I'm playing through ME1 with a Renegade Shep and made it very clear to Liara that I did NOT want to romance her. I picked the "I just want to be friends" options. I just finished Feros and now she's acting like we're STILL in a romance. I reloaded to a save just prior to that conversation just after finishing Feros but my question is....
Am I stuck with her or can I bail out of it still?

If you also romance Ashley whilst romancing liara the two will confront you before ilos and you have to pick between the two of them try that??

You can get out of it by romancing Ashley. If you were hoping to go the forever alone route however, prepare to be disappointed.
Its a bug that was never fixed. There are two 'no' options but one of them is broken. I can't recall now if it was the polite 'no' or the douchey 'no' response. But one works and the other doesn't.
