 I'm playing through ME1 with a Renegade Shep and made it very clear to Liara that I did NOT want to romance her.  I picked the "I just want to be friends" options. I just finished Feros and now she's acting like we're STILL in a romance. I reloaded to a save just prior to that conversation just after finishing Feros but my question is....


So does this mean that i am stuck with liara or can i back out of it by avoiding her or through some renegade dialogue? Im not locked in am i?

Liara is very "friendly."

Are you trying to romance Ash or Kaidan?

What is it Liara is saying that makes you think she still is in the romance path?

Im tryin to romance no one. She kept talking about being a virgin and how she wants to join with me and keeps talking about "our feelings for each other"

You can still turn her down later (at Normandy lockdown, and prior to Illos) if she still insists on stalking you.

Another suggestion: romance either Ashely or Kaiden, then leave them to die on Virmire. Problem solved: no romance. That's what I did on the last run through when I didn't want a romance in ME1 complicating things in ME2. It also makes Sheppard seem like he cares more about accomplishing the mission than playing favorites with his/her crew.

I wanted my canon shepard to romance Tali so Ash and the blue wonder got shot down... Then towards the end this bug/glitch pops up. Had to start all over because I thought she got the hint the first time. I know can turn her down at ilos but it's just annoying to it again.
