So screwing around with my mod, I had set IEB's burst to do 50 base damage (half of original).
Weapon Master gives a 40% damage bonus to ammos.
Weirdly, if I level to Weapon Master, it claims that IEB does 75 damage, which would mean that it is getting 50% bonus damage.
Can anyone explain this math to me? Is the "10% Weapon Damage" that is also in weapon master getting added into that?

Off the top of my head, Soldier has a +10% power damage bonus by rank 3. So that could explain the +50% increase in the Explosive Burst damage.
I would have to check this to see if by a non-modded game would get 150 damage out of it with the same build.

Okay, I just checked it out. In Combat Mastery, rank 4 Damage evolution adds a +10% power damage bonus that is applied to the explosive burst damage. So the default (non-modded) value is 100, so with rank 4 Damage, this is increased to 110. With the +40% ammo power damage from Weapons Master, the value increases to 150.
This is expected and working correctly. So in your modded game, the you obviously took Damage at rank 4, so with Damage and Weapons Master, you are adding +50% damage to the Explosive Burst damage, increasing it from 50 to 75.

Yeah that must be it. For some reason I didn't think that one added to IEB.
