They really like their Dalish martyrs, don't they?

I think he probably misspoke. This will be one option for you to take IF you don't use an import.ladyiolanthe wrote...

Yeah, that's what 'default' means to me - this is what you get if you don't import and don't tweak things. He did say that there would be some tweakability.

It wasn't default that I had a problem with, it was 'canon'.ladyiolanthe wrote...

Though they are shown as white, you /could/ imagine they are the glowing blue, if you would like. >_> That is what I did, it just kinda clicked for me when I saw it for like the 20th time. ;p

Ah, got it. I come from the standpoint that everyone has their own canon based on previous playthroughs, but if you haven't played DA games before, BioWare sets up a default canon for you, which is what this is. So I'm not worried when BioWare reps use the word 'canon', although I understand that a lot of people are. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Not a problem. And I suppose I can see where they would state that it was canon as it would be for those that don't use an import.ladyiolanthe wrote...

And, back on topic, the glowing eyes thing for the warden was simply part of the cinematic trailer. I don't really understand why it was there, but there you have it. No glowing blue eyes.
