I'm using IE 8, and if I select the checkbox to "remember me" when logging in, it actually keeps me logged out, meaning every time I click something after logging in, it says I need to log back in. I have to uncheck that box in order to stay logged in while navigating.

Vista SP1, IE8.

Not getting this on my end. I've only been (forcefully) logged out whenever -- what I think is -- a new build is uploaded. Was it also a problem yesterday?

that checkbox should be enabled by default - can you post the URL and a screenshot of the error you're seeing? Thanks.

Ok, after reading a couple of more posts, it seems like my issue is the same as the other's, where you login with the remember me box checked by default, and when you click anything, it says you need to be logged in. I wasn't aware that you could set that box to be checked by default, so I assumed I had checked it at some point. I've included a couple of screenshots just in case.

Also, this seems to be in IE8 issue, as I'm using FireFox in Windows 7 and it works fine. Also was using IE8 in windows 7.

What is the expire time for logging in? Right now I must log in every 24 hours. Can we extend that a bit?

The expiry time for logins is supposed to be >1year. IE8 is just failing for you and others in a way that we have yet to reproduce.

Maybe try putting social.bioware.com in your trusted site list and privacy site list first. Worked for me, I never have to log (IE8.0.6001.18702 + XP Pro)...

Forcing IE8 mode in Developer Tools is what broke it for me, and since then it has been occurring regularly regardless of what mode I'm running in. I'll see if Axe_Murderer's suggestion works for me.

It's in as a trusted site - didn't try it in the privacy list. Will give that a try.

I'm having the same log-in issues as the OP.  I pretty much have to login again on each webpage; most annoying.

I've added social.bioware.com to my trusted sites.

Just adding that this isn't related to Google Chrome Frame. I use AVG and no firewall, for the record.

Me too. Also just had it log me out and not let me log back in, said my login info was not correct, had to reset pw again. ah growing pains...
