The best thing I've found is just to choose every Renegade type option in ME1. Then she'll salute Shepard and see herself as nothing more than a soldier. Then tell her that her hacking quest is a waste of time in ME2, and never play LotSB. Then pretty much ignore her in ME3. If you skip some dialogue, then she'll never ask to go up to Shep's cabin and talk about the time capsule or anything like that (I suppose it might be based on a Reputation score?).
Don't mean to be too off-topic, but that's a way to keep the stalker stuff out of sight. Like any real life stalker, if you give them even the slightest amount of attention, you're just digging your own hole.
You should really check the definition of stalking.
Stalking: noun. A form of harassment generally comprised of repeated persistent following with no legitimate reason and with the intention of harming, or so as to arouse anxiety or fear of harm in the person being followed. Stalking may also take the form of harassing telephone calls, computer communications, letter-writing, etc.
Did Liara do that? No...
She's on my ship and I can't seem to throw her out of the airlock. That's stalkish enough for me.
Seriously though, she's not the dangerous stalker type. She's more like the chick that followed around Wayne in Wayne's world.
