I don't recall where it's stated that hoarding Prothean tech is a war crime. A crime, yes - but 'war crime' is very different from 'crime'.

The CDN the corporations on garvug were charged with war crimes because they kept Prothean tech for themselves.

Also, I'd love to see the asari go up against the turians or krogan.  The krogan will finally get Lusia:devil:

Actually the Asari did quite well against the Krogan, from the small glimpses we get of the history of the Krogan Rebellions. At Lusia the Krogan invading force was eventually forced to surrender. The Krogan also attacked the Asari world of Cyone several times and were continually repulsed by the defenders, before finally having their supply lines cut by the Asari fleet and driven out of the system.

The description of the Serrice Guard war asset also describes a small combat action where 5 Asari commandos trouce a group of Blood Pack mercs, causing 100 casualties.

A war between the Turians and Asari likely would not end well for the Asar Republics however. The Turians field easily the most dominant military force in the galaxy.

Actually, the Ashely/Tali one you speak of happens if you havn't picked which you will romance yet. Also, in that case Ashley is the first one to make a snarky remark.

The Liara/Tali one where neither has been chosen over the other has Liara going "lol, I know when masturbate". So I think both get their share of catty remarks.

Battlemasters are canonically very rare though.

I'm definitely not denying that quantity can be a quality all of its own, just that from the small glimpses we get the Asari military appeared to have been qualitatively superior to the Krogan. They defeated them in both campaigns, and at Cyone repulsed them multiple times. Of course without the Turians and the genophage the Krogan likely would have won, just be virtue of having vast manpower reserves (and presumably a large fleet at that time)

If I I can go Godwin for a minute, the Asari would be Finland to the Krogan Soviets.

It you want to call dominance masquerading behind a pleasant smile as "peace", then knock yourself out, I guess. There are worse things.

Ultimately, the Council exists to maintain galactic stability in citadel space ("Citadel space is an unofficial term referring to any region of space controlled by a species that acknowledge the authority of the Citadel Council").

They've done it for thousand of years. They don't conquer other races. They don't force other races to open an embassy on the citadel. And if you don't like how the council handles things? Close your embassy! The batarians don't acknowledge the authority of the Citadel Council and nobody controls them, they can build as many dreadnoughts as they want, etc.

Yes, there are worse things.

I'm not angry about people not liking asari - but I feel it is warranted to point out when people just hate asari for being popular and try to justify it by saying they're bad, when they themselves support Cerberus doing the same "bad" things. That doesn't make me angry, it makes me disappointed.

I'm not going to cut some racist **** slack because they try to sugarcoat their toxic beliefs, mate. The ignorant, hateful principles like that being accepted as someone's "opinion" is something that does make me angry.

I'm a white guy living in a prominently non-white neighbourhood with an immigrant girlfriend. I'm not inclined to be forgiving on this subject.
