"Flawless" characters are boring. (Which is why it is great that none of the people you listed are.)

Being upset at the extermination of your species is a 'flaw'? Ridiculous.

Not being a great combat leader is no more a 'flaw' than not being a great pottery maker. Being 'flawless' doesn't mean you're magically gifted to be the best at everything from birth. There's no flaw in not having mastered every skill in existence.

At no point did I bring up her reaction to picking the Geth, try again.

This is becoming a very tedious conversation. Tali was facing who knows how many geth on Haestorm. Sometimes things go bad, and that's really just the end of it. Sometimes life puts us in situations we aren't ready for. Not magically excelling at whatever comes up is not a flaw.

Pretty much. Liara gives a bit of a tongue lashing in LotSB, but that's all I can think of.

She couldn't control her squad on Freedom's Progress and it got them killed Davey.

It's not dumb at all. People create delusions, great and small, to deceive themselves all the time. Sometimes intentionally, sometimes unintentionally. Or they learn delusions from their experiences and from society in general and never manage to shake them off. Anytime you see someone doing something very illogical, that's nearly always the reason why. Anything from teenagers cutting themselves to people overestimating or underestimating their abilities and attirbutes to people spending copious amounts of time on the ME 3 forums despite apparently thinking ME 3 is a total waste of time.

Not only is Tali incompetent as a leader(needless to say she's a bad fireteam leader on the SM) but the fact that she was made freaking Admiral when she's never even been the captain of a rowboat is pretty damn laughable.
