Hey there.
I'm do not know how to mod or have the resources for it. I actually don't even have a gaming PC, but I've been traking down mods for Mass Effect because I'm looking to get that gaming pc soon. There's a Garrus reskin that seems to be only of the only I can find, but the visor is still orange and I was wondering if it was possible to color the visor a blue and call it good? Also, if there's a specific locationt o view all community mods, a link would be appreciated. I know this whole thing makes me look green and extremely noodbish, but that's why I came here.

I'm pretty sure it's possible to change the Garrus's visor the way you want, but I don't know if it has been done yet.
You can find a bunch of mods here.
