Having trouble purchasing DLCs! Help, Bioware!

 I've started playing Mass Effect series again. I'm using my 1st account which doesn't have any DLC on ME1, 2 & 3. I'm trying to purchase "Liar of Shadow Broker DLC", "Kasumi DLC" & "From Ashes DLC", "Citadel DLC", "Omega DLC" and another one. Unfortunately there is no option to enter credit card info. Worse, origin popup windows for ME2 DLCs is not working. here is a few pics.

Click manage accounts, there should be an option there called add points. Its strange though you can't pick a points package in the first window, i have that option in my client and you do not for some reason. I would try reinstalling or restarting the Origin client.

I've tried your suggestion but no luck. I could pick point package via DLC or "account manager". However, I couldn't see option to enter credit card info or other payment methods. I've tried reinstalling origin but it didn't help. I've origin on my laptop (W8) and my desktop (W7), both doesn't work. It seems main problem is from Bioware.  :(

I guess its somehow related to your account then, i would open a ticket at the link above ( Live chat with response times of a few minutes compared to hours or even days for a mail ) or give the EA support a call.

Thank you for your suggestion. I guess Bioware and EA doesn't even care about this problem.

I'm gonna just download complete ME package form Terminus extranet. :bandit::bandit::bandit:
