Scrolling through my weapons locker on the Normandy when I found this weapon. Haven't used it much so considering starting a new PT with a class designed around its use. What class have people had the most success with when using it ?

I haven't used it much myself, but with its charge, impact dmg and delayed blast dmg, I've considered using it on a variation of Scorp-trator.

Which ever weapon you're thinking of using, soldiers and infiltrators are the best classes.
Infiltrator has the best weapon damage if you combine tactical cloak with marksman.
Vanguard also delivers good weapon damage.

Adepts, Engineers and Sentinels are okay with weapons too.

Chakram Launcher works best on the infiltrator.

But doesn't the charge from the Chakram Launcher turn off tactical cloak? I haven't tried the infiltrator in SP yet, but I know that charged weapons in MP do.

If you start charging a charge weapon before you press cloak, you can hold the charge while cloaked. You can even fire that first shot without breaking cloak, as cloak breaks when you first press the trigger and not when you release it.
