Seriously though, don't get too over hyped.

Yes, because we have to speculate the worst of everything automaticly because of one random thing. He's not even on the project.

What?

Who's he?  We're getting excited over Casey?

Have realistic expectations for the game because these forums do they same thing over and over again.

The best horse animations to this day are still from Shadow of the Colossus.

Did Casey Hudson actually say something noteworthy or his mere presence enough to invoke panic?

I think Red Dead Redemption was really the only game I actually enjoyed horse riding.

Mind you, that game was just really pretty and well animated to the point aimlessly riding my horse in circles was entertaining, but still.

Try The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, you'd be amazed how amazingly fluid and natural riding Epona (your horse) feels in that game. It's even better than Red Dead Redemption!

That and it wouldn't be the first the we were assured the moon and got a moon rock.

I don't even think that's really Casey Hudson. The real Hudson is said to be imprisoned within a hidden EA warehouse somewhere in the Pacific. :bandit:

Casey Hudson working on DAI would be the single best thing that could happen to this game.

I'd argue Zelda Twilight Princess's horseback riding is better. It's faster, more fluid and the animations look a bit better. It's also about the only game with proper horseback sword-fighting.

The Zelda games are actually on my ridiculously long backlog of games I need to play in the year or so of downtime that is upcoming.

Also

" the return of multiple player races"

Am I reading this wrong or should I start rejoicing in the streets?

You are not reading that incorrectly.

Then are you going with a voiced PC or are we going the silent route again?  I hope not the silent route as that was very jarring to me in DA:O.

If the PC is going to be voiced will it be one male and female voice for each race or will it be one male and female voice that all races will share?

I admit, I let out a little "ah!" when he popped up.  Like when a spider crawls on your arm and you don't feel it right away but then you look down.

Any effect = interference.

If MP does, in any way, affect SP, there needs to be a way to disable that.

What's wrong with a handful of bonus items or some such if items of equal quality may be found within the game?

It violates world coherence.  Where did these items come from?

Like the invisble bag you carry with you that holds all your stuff?
Or how your character looks like glowing disco balls in battle?
Or no one sees your a blood mage?
Or a mage apostate?
Or people calling you pretty even if you have the ugliest character?

Oh, and wih the mp stuff it can most likly be sent to your castle from agent who work for you being that you lead an organization.

Wow, multiple races. Did not saw that coming. How will horses work tough? Will each companion have their own mount?

My co-worker (and fellow Bioware nut) just suggested that the companions will be running along behind you, shouting insults.

"God damnit, woman! I HAVE LITTLE LEGS! I swear to you, I will shoot you. In the face. I WILL SHOOT YOU IN THE FACE!"

LOL that would be hillarious, imagine Ohgren would return in this picture:D
